From Classical and Contemporary to popular song and seasonal favourites,
the ensemble performs a wide variety of styles at a high performance level.
The group also welcomes talented local high school students to perform in the ensemble.
The Community Concert Band of Whitby, formerly the Lydian Wind Ensemble
received its new name in February 2009. The ensemble provides an opportunity
for local professional and amateur musicians to perform in the Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area.
